Exhibit
Our main entrance is reached by a few stairs or via a ramp on the left side of the main doors. From there, a manual elevator will take you to the lobby for check-in. An elevator attendant will be assigned to you to help you navigate the space. The only space that is not accessible is our “Juliet” Balcony that is reserved for Date Night Packages only and requires two flights of stairs. If the Juliet Balcony is inaccessible to you and you have purchased a Date Package, please notify the box office at https://www.vangoghchicago.com/contacts/ to arrange accommodations.
Bathrooms
There are bathrooms on all three floors of our exhibit. There are accessible stalls in both men’s and women’s bathroom and a family restroom on the Balcony level.
