Your submission for a Change of Date request is almost complete! We have now received the dates you are requesting and all that remains is to pay the processing fee ($9.99 per ticket). You can do this by clicking the Buy Now button below and following these 3 easy steps:
Enter the total number of billable tickets you are moving. These are Basic Timed and Premium Timed tickets, or FLEX tickets being moved with less than 72 hours notice of your rescheduled booking.
Enter billing information using the email address you filled out the request form with (which should be the email address the tickets are booked under).
Once payment is received, our agents will process it within 48 hours. Please note payment does not mean your request has been processed, only received. You will receive a confirmation email when the Change of Date has been processed. Please check your spam or promotions folders if you do not see it in your inbox.
